Hi,
I was wondering in a catholic wedding ceremony, who is the bridal veil lifted and by whom? and When will it be lifted?

Usually lifted by the groom near the end of the ceremony

It depends...you can have it over your face the entire service and then have it lifted for the kiss, you can have your father lift it when he "turns you over" to your groom, you can have the groom lift it when he "gets you" from your father.

But also know that the bride is not required to wear the veil over her face in a Catholic ceremony.
