Hi,

I've guests around 100
how much are people paying per head for out of house catering buffets.

Any ideas or recommendations welcome thanks xx

often venues will make you have an evening buffet as part of the contract, you have no choice. Our venue insists on catering for 80% but I got her down to 75% (wooo big difference!).
yes it is all a big swizz!
