Weddings are the epitome of ethereal, romantic, and dreamy. That’s probably why Emer and Peter opted for a whimsical, forest-themed wedding on 27th of February 2015. Taking place at the picturesque Tatra Receptions, which boasts its own chapel and elegant décor this charming ceremony and reception speaks of romance and sweetness hidden amongst the rainforest of Victoria’s Dandenong Mountains.
The beautiful bride, Emer dressed in a sophisticated lace gown by Bluebell Bridal and armed with a bouquet of mixed pastel florals by Flower Jar, was truly the center of attention. Emer’s bridesmaids donned beautiful, mint floor-length dresses with slight differences from sentani.
The décor was tailored specifically for this whimsical theme, with a small wishing well statue situated on the wedding table and gold and mint letters spelling the happy couple’s initials. The seating plan was well-explained in golden picture frames for a truly unique twist on the delightful reception.
The all-important wedding cake by Fantasy Cakes even got in on the fun with simple mint ombre floral icing on the bottom tier and white icing on the top two tiers, topped off with an adorable cake topper of the couple!
